1. text to fit.
Select the columns in question.
Then from the menu choose
Format
columns
tab across to 'autofit' and press enter.
Job done.
2. average.
If you want the average of a range of cells, in a cell remote from this
range enter the formula:
=avg(a10:b99).
Job done.
Do remember though, that their are three kinds of average in statistics.
3. printing range.
Highlight your range.
Menu
file
print area.
You have then defined the area to print.
Having done this:
menu
file
print setup
and then define your preferences.
