You sure it's not just a hardware issue? I mean the arrow key on the keyboard
is broken?

The down arrow on my key board has suddently gone silent. The up arrow and
the left and right ones are OK and the number pad is also normal. It's just the
down arrow.
I am using Jaws 10.0 with XP.
Any ideas?
