Hi Paul,

I suspect the line problem is due to hard returns from the
sent message.

Does your mail program not have an option to "Resend this
message" which would then allow you to enter the correct
"To:" address?

George.

Subject: [jaws-uk] copying text from E-mails

Hi all,

From time to time, I copy the entire text from an E-mail to
another.
This is usually done when say I have typed an E-mail address
incorrectly and
it has come back as a mail delivery failed message or
whatever the message
says on it's return.

This happened to me last night when trying to E-mail a local
MP and so
today, after getting the correct address I went into sent
items and copied
the text of my original E-mail and pasted it into the new
one.

I am curious to know why it is that when copying large
chunks of text, the
second line in each paragraph or alternate lines in longer
paragraphs are
very short with say only two orthree words in them.

I spent about 10 minutes trying to alter this so that the
E-mail
presentation was a littlebetter.

Is there a way of pasting text so that this doesn't happen
as it is a
littleirritating.

Hope you can help.

Regards

Paul.
