[jaws-uk] copying music from a cd

Hi,
I have never copied music from a cd on to my computer before, can any one tell
me how
to do this? is it simple enough? when I copy music from a cd on to the computer
do I
put it in a folder in my documents called my music, this folder was already
there
when I got my computer.
This is probably a simple question for most of you but a total mystery to me.
