Hi Paul,

It does sound very much like the ribbon cable connection
from the actually motherboard to the two drives has come
adrift. It's very unusual for two drives to disappear as
you describe, hence the diagnosis. This is not uncommon in
a tower where the main board sits vertical.

George.

Subject: [jaws-uk] can't find my D and E drives

Hi all,

Having gone into My Computer, I couldn't find my D or E
drives.

All I found was the floppy drive, Main Paul C and control
panel.

Can anyone please tell me how I try to locate these missing
drives.

Regards

Paul.
