Hello all,

I have not changed the title of this message, as I think it may be related.

I have downloaded, the item below, but I have come across a problem, which may be related or it may well be a red herring, I used to be able to move emails that I wish to keep into various folders in outlook, but since downloading I only get 1 of 12, 2 of 12 and so on, can anyone enlighten me to what may have happened, or how I can rectify the problem.

I agree with Tom, the only way to acces this page is by switching off macro media flash. you can download a tool which will toggle flash player off/on from your system tray at:

www.flashswitch.com

basically I can not hear what JAWS is saying because the music is too loud.

I have complained through the RNIB but it seems that nothing has been done
to improve the site.

I would appreciate feedback from others on this site.

Also is it possible to turn themusic down so that I could hear JAWS?
