I do not have the color code memorized but try going into the appropriate .cfg file and manually change the highlight color to black on white by typing in the color code for the color white.

Dear all

The list of synonyms produced by the thesaurus program in Word 2007 comes in
black on white, just like the main page being read. Jaws 8.x tells me that
the list is black on black. If I put Jaws on SAY ALL just before pressing
ALT+R E, Jaws reads the thesaurus list as part of the main text. Any ideas
on how to make Jaws read the list by itself?

I'll be very grateful for any suggestions.
