Dear George, Keith and All I will have to get help to label the graphic for attachments. Thank you George for that explanation as I did go through View on the menu bar, then to current biew and unchecked group messages by conversation, and it seem to work. I had also tick and taken other buttons in various boxes and was not sure what fixed it. I just have to sort out attachments and I will be fine. Thanks again for your help. See OE's "View" Menu, then select "Sort by" for options. Next, having sorted messages into appropriate groups, it is possible to "collapse" messages of the same sorted type. The best analogy I can thing of here is to like them to Folders and Files within Folders. When a sorted list of messages is "collapsed", it is like looking at a Folder list. When you see a Folder you want to look at, you can then "Expand" to see what's inside. See OE's "View" Menu where "Expand" and "Collapse" are contained. I have a little sight so am able to see if an attachment is there, but a friend of mine has only light and dark, more dark, so is unable to pick up the attachments. I will pass on your comments. I have another query, all of a sudden Jaws is reading in Outlook express collapse unread ... have you any suggestions on how I change this. I read the message and deleted it and all the other unread collapses message. Sorry this is a bit long and I hope you and others understand. Very odd. Also Jaws 6 now no longer tells me when I have replied to a message. Why this should have happened baffles me. I looked through the various options but couldn't find one to say "Attachment" when a message had one. Eventually, I turned on "Say all graphics" in the Outlook Config file, and with my wife's help, located the graphic beside a message that had an attachment, and labelled it, using Insert G. But as to my other problem, caused, as I say, through installing Jaws 6, I can't say why this happened. But it was interesting to read you had the same problem. Good luck. Can you please let me know where I can find the box to tick which will switch this on? Thanks for your help.
