Hi Ron, I know that I am not as expert on Jaws issues as someone like Tristram or George, but I have come across the problem you are experiencing and may be able to give you some help with your attachment problem, as I am using Outlook Express, all-be-it with Jaws 7.10, however, in order for any of us on the list to give you any advice, it would be helpful if you could tell us what the attachment's file extension is, for example .pub for Microsoft Publisher, or .doc for word document. I am certain that if we knew what the file extension was someone could give you the correct advice.
