Hi Tom,
I do the following:
1. Press Alt+F and then arrow down to "Save all attachments" and press
Enter. This can be done either on the message unopened or within the open
message.
2. Tab to OK and press Enter.
3. In the next dialogue box, you have to specify where you want the files
to be saved. Press Shift+Tab and/or Tab to move around this box and set
your preferred saving location. Then tab to the "Save" button and hit
Enter.
Job done!
