Hi Husna,
check a setting for the message list:
On the view tab, press the message list menu button.
On this menu, which option is checked?
Choose the one line view option.
Does this help?
Info on the message list menu options:
1. Select view automatically. A one line view is used, except where the reading
pane is on, and to the right, when the two line view is used.
2. Two line view. Jaws doesn't read the message item correctly.
3. One line view. Jaws reads the message item correctly.

turning the reading pane off did not help in getting jaws to announce the
subject and dates when highlighting. can any one think of any thing else?
