There are links to Winzip on the JFWlite.com page. I may be mistaken but I
think the Winzip program allows you to unzip files free of charge but you have
to buy the software in order to create your own zip files.

Yes, the file is from a friend. I don't think the programme Winzip has
been installed. Could you suggest how I can go about it?
