received was a little different from some of the others. It suggests that
you can do most things by sending email. Have a look below and see what you
can make of it.
Otherwise I quite agree 'crap' seems to sum it up pretty accurately.

You can do quite a bit on the Yahoo! Website. However, it is not always obvious
how you do it. What is it you are trying to do?
