Hi Pete. Thanks very much for your help. It's frustrating that I've not been affected by this list though. Hi Sue, This is a common problem with Yahoo, you could unsubscribe from the groups in question and then subscribe again, or you could go to their website and obtain an ID, but you will need sighted assistance to do this as it will ask you to type letters inside a graphical image which screen readers cannot read. If you do this you can log in to each group and alter the email settings to suit your preference. Hope this helps, Pete H. ----- Original Message ----- From: sue morgan To: Jaws Sent: Tuesday, May 01, 2007 5:22 PM Subject: [jaws-uk] Yahoo groups. Hi. I've registered with several groups, including this one, from the whitestick website. I'm not receiving any e-mails from some of the lists. When I've tried to re-subscribe, I get a response back saying that I'm already subscribed and e-mails have been bouncing as my in box might be full. This is not the case but I'm wondering how I can rectify this. Any help would be appreciated as the only e-mails I'm still receiving are from this Jaws list and the blind iPod list which I'm also subscribed to. I subscribe to about 10 other lists from the whitestick website which I've been receiving e-mails from until the last few days. I've missed getting them so any suggestions as to what I can do would be helpful. I've been onto the yahoo website but I don't have a password to get in and I can't seem to find any other information. Thanks.
