1 Open the document that is giving you trouble in MS Word.
2 Press alt+V to open the "view" menu and choose the "normal" setting by
pressing enter on it.
3 Then press alt+V to open the "view" menu again.
4 Down arrow to "zoom" and press enter on it.
5 Press down arrow to locate 75 precent.
6 Press enter ton confirm this.
7 Try your document, it this now works, save the document.
Unfortunately it is not possible to stop the settings made above becoming
changed to something else. However sainv the document with those settings or
just going through above should fix the problem,

Regards.

  Hi,

Using JAWS 7.0 and Word 2003, JAWS is sometimes missing bits of words out
when I cursor down to the line, but then when I do control cursor right it
reads properly when it gets to the word. e.g. when I cursor down onto a
particular line JAWS says something something owever, but when I move by
word across, it says something something however.

Does this happen to anyone else and is there anything I can do about it?
Any particular settings I should be looking at?

  Catherine
