Hi If you put the document into draft view by pressing alt W, then E, do you get the same result? -----Original Message----- From: jaws-uk-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:jaws-uk-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Barbara Wilson Sent: 25 February 2011 14:40 To: jaws-uk Subject: [jaws-uk] Word Issue Hi Using Windows XP, JAWS 11 and Word 2010. When I use Say All to read a document I have no problems. However, if I try to read line by line using the down arrow, once I come to the bottom of a page, it skips a page. So at the bottom of page 1, I hit down arrow and it jumps to page 3 and so on. If I want to move from page 1 to page 2 not using Say All, I have to find the end of page 1 and use the right arrow to find the first letter of page 2 and then I can down arrow. However, at the end of that page again it skips a page. I hope I have explained this problem well enough for people to understand, and would appreciate any help as this is a very frustrating and time consuming problem when reviewing long documents.
