Hi Barbara, It would be helpful to know the precise make and model of your wireless router. What operating system are you using also? Perhaps anyone who can help could Email me off list? I have purchased a wireless router and after disconnecting my BT Voyager modem, have connected it to the PC and the phone line. However, whenever I try to connect to the internet I am being told that an internet connection could not be established. The instructions with the router are not very helpful and I understood that the thing was largely plug and play. So what am I doing wrong? Is there settings I need to change on the computer? When I go into internet settings from the Control Panel, it is still set to use the BT Voyager as the modem and I see nowhere to change this, is this the problem? Or should I have left the original modem in place? Would be grateful for any advice offered.
