Hi Maggy

I was a bit dubious when you said I should ring the Belkin customer support
as my experience of technical support in the past has been of people who
know less than myself and do more harm than good! However, I was very
pleasantly surprised when I got through and they told me they would help me
set up. I was even more pleasantly surprised when it was smooth and simple
and the man at the other end of the phone gave clear understandable
instructions which worked! Thumbs up to Belkin for being as helpful as they
claim to be and thanks to Maggy for her advice. I am now wireless and quite
newly fangled!

Anyone with similar problems with a Belkin product, don't hessitate to phone
them. The best thing of all is that their tech support line is free, how
refreshing that they aren't using that line to squeeze even more cash out of
us.

Very, very impressed with Belkin (Could you tell)?

Barbara

Hi Barbara,

Mine is a Belkin too and I got talked through the whole installation process
by their excellent telephone helpline. The number is 0800 223 55 460. Hope
they sort you out as quickly and efficiently as they did me.

Maggie
