The main proboem I have is that JAWS is erratic in reading messages on entry. There is no guarantee that reading will automatically start at the beginning. One of the things I'm worried about when the time comes to switch to Windows 7 is the email client. I've just started using Outlook to familiarise myself with it as an option but it's not everyone's cup of tee and I'm not sure that it would be mine either. Last time I tried Windows Live Mail I didn't even consider it usable with Jaws, well, not really. I use Jaws 11. I am sure the Research It facility is nice to have, but I think it's about time we had proper support for Windows Live Mail. The reading of messages has become really erratic with this latest update. Surely the ability to use without hassle an email client which many are likely to use is a much more important feature than the frill that is Research It.
