I am using the latest JAWS, but the ribbon, although navigable with the keyboard, means that everything is in a totally different place, and some things, such as email options, I cannot find at all. I was channelled into downloading the latter recently, and now I am lumbered with the Windows ribbon, and have little idea of where anything is and how to do most things.
