For an excellent introduction to windows 7 with jaws, check out:

http://www.blindtraining.com/free/Windows7.html

from Access Technology Institute.

Ms. Cathy Anne is one of the finest trainers out there and she makes
her windows 7 textbooks available for free as a service to the blind community.

Secondly, if you want win 7 to behave more like win xp, go to

www.ninite.com

and install something called "Classic Shell", which gives you back
the classic Start Menu and pretty much the look and feel of win xp.
You can switch between this and the win 7 Start menu with a hotkey.

I know this only from hearsay and collecting information, though. I
am still on win xp myself and will be until I can afford newer hardware.
