[jaws-uk] Where can I learn advanced functionality of JAWS and MAGic including scripting?

I want to learn and master the advanced features of JAWS and MAGic, especially 
scripting. 
For example, it is my dream and desire to be able to write JAWS scripts to 
enable accessibility of Urdu language books and other texts. 
What background do I need? 

Is there any RNIB, RIDBC, or RNCB program for this? 

Any Internet resources?
