Thanks Robin and Chris.
But detecting languages check box did not solve it but due to pointing me in that direction I did some more searching around and found the solution. I found that altering the voice aliases to the same voice it solved the problem, whether this creates a new problem I'm yet to find out. But thank you anyway, by the way Robin my Jaws version is now 11.0.1447 which is the current as far as I know.
Best Regards Steve Boynton

Yeah, you want detect languages, found in text processing. Uncheck it and all should be well again.

Hi listers,
Hope someone has a solution for this one because its becoming a pain, running Jaws 11.0.1447, Windows Xp and I E 8 I go onto a webpage and as I scroll down, and come to a heading Jaws voice will suddenly change to one of its other voices and when I come to a link it will change again to a third. I know you can set a voice profile to do exactly this, but I have my profile set for all contents to be read by the same voice. I've checked that the adjust voice profile is set to what I want , but still the voices appear and what is even more puzzling is that when i scroll down some pages and get the changed voices a until I reach the end of the page and then scroll back up the page the same headings and links will change to completely different ones. I've tried deleting profiles changing details but still it occurs. The only time I get rid of this problem is when I go back to Jaws 10, any ideas please.
