Hi,

What happened here was that the graphics driver wasn't loaded before
installing JFW. In my experience, if this happens, and the graphics
driver gets updated *after* the interceptor is installed, it can make
the mess that was being described here. I have only seen this with
Jaws, other products seem fine.

Andrew.

Hi.

The way the interceptor works means that it shouldn't cause a problem
whenever it is installed. I would say to look elsewhere for the
problem. I
have really messed around with the interceptor, installed/uninstalled
etc
with no problems.

Cheers

Dorothy,
I could be wrong but I don't think you need to reinstall if the video
intercept is not put on at the right time. I am pretty sure of this as
I
seem to remember doing it myself. Think there was an option in the Jaws
folder that can be accessed from the start menu and then programs.

Nigel
It's official, last week was Britons best week ever. Honest.
