Maybe it's something to do with that specific shop - shouldn't be as I think the interface for verified by visa is the same all over but maybe something odd has happened with that particular site... Have you tried refreshing JAWS's view of the screen with JAWS Escape? Or maybe turn off virtual cursor then on again by pressing JAWS z.
