Thanks folks,

Had tried Jamie's enter suggestion before and opened branches, but, haven't
got back consistently.

Anyway, seems some of this is a bit of a faf.

Hi Tom,

I haven't had any experience of the particular sites that you mention but I
have worked with some websites which implement tree views which don't
function like a traditional Windows tree view.

From what I can remember, I think it was a case of pressing Enter on the
branch link to open it and pressing Enter on the link a second time closed
the branch. I found it pretty tricky because the name of the link, or at
least the way Jaws announced the link, wasn't always consistent.

It's worth trying Enter to both open and close the branches - nothing
ventured and all that stuff!

Jamie

Hi folks,

having probs navigating the RSS feed tree, i E 8 and jaws 13, win xp.

Tree view is announced and that you can move through with arrows. Thetree
branch opes as expected with a microsoft site, but, not with the bbc health
feed for instance. There I need to press enter.

Also how do you get back consistently to the tree. Once I enter, Pressing
back returns me to home page. Sometimes closing a file returns me to the
branch it was on, other times,...

Any suggestions.

Tom
