Marvin, I just installed it, and let it do its own thing.  It updates
whenever it feels like it, and speaks the fact.
Once that splash screen appears wait a minute or two, then, for some
reason it says Dummy.
At this stage you can use the applications key to get it to do whatever.

Hi.
well, downloaded and installed jaws and registred.
and using the simple interface.
now, cannot seem to bring up the menus, and have to use the route jaws
to pc 
cursur, and left click, but nothing seems to happen.
using avast free 4.2, and are there any jaws scripts for this product?
any users on this list that can help me do this?
and also, now how do i set up the scan shedule and download automatic
virus 
and internet security settings say on a dily basis, say for 3 am when i
am 
asleep.
