[jaws-uk] Updating Microsoft Essentials

Hi list,
Not quite on topic I think but it might be if Jaws is the problem.
Windows XP and Jaws 11. This morning ran Microsoft Essentials which came up
with an update button. Pressed spacebar, then enter and then left mouse
button, several times in fact. Nothing happened. Tried pressing the tab key
and it came up with another Update button and the computer seemed to react very
briefly but it still comes up with the Update thing.
Any advice or explanation please.
