Hi Joan,

This has been a real mix up. It was caused by another member using my email to convey her own message without changing the subject line. Something she is known to do.

Unfortunately, the mix up was further compounded by the fact that my set up deletes any messages from this member or any reference to her. In other words, I was responding to a message from George which I thought was intended for me but it wasn't; I didn't see the message he was, in fact, replying to.

Hell's teeth, I hope I don't have to explain that again. The trouble she causes!

I thought perhaps I should reply privately to you but decided not to. Having said all that, I've seen no other reference to this update; I didn't dream it.

Regards.

David

I think George was referring to another list member's query which had nothing to do with your helpful email, David. If you look right down you'll see that the query refers to SP3.

Best wishes,

Joan.

George,

I was passing on a bit of info picked up from another Jaws list. I don't quite see what the problem is.

The person who put up the message, one of the moderators I think, had received a message directly from Eric Of FS, presumably Eric Damery.

What has this to do with the JAWS 9 update referred to in
the Subject?

George.

Hi I have been asking for some weeks when Sp 3 will be out,
do you mean a
Patch so different at the time I was getting Interceptor
sorted out by
which I mean Lunar support told me they were using Sp3 for
their screen
Reader and that Sp 1 for Vista was already in use by them,
I do recall
Tristram and George telling us to hold back for a while and
they have not
mentioned it since. Dorothy

Ps anyone know what Silverlight is?

I have just learned from another list that a new update to
Jaws 9 should be
out by Friday.
