Hello John,

I believe, that in Word, one of the pull down menus, gives you the option, to change the characters in the document, I think you get the choice to change all to lower case, or vice versa.

I'm not sure if this is what you require.

Because I tend to write notes, and then Paste them into reports, I find that
I end up with words with Capital letters, in the Middle of sentences. I know
that if I were to read right through The text letter by letter, Jaws would
point out the capital letters by the higher pitch. Is there any other way of
pulling these out, or a system like the Spell Checker, which at least could
throw them up as a question or option?I find that the grammar checker finds
some but not all.
