As far as I can see, the only way to access the Interface is via 'My bluetooth places in the start menu group, if it worked of course *G*. BT just establishes the connections, similar to one of the Windows elements establishing a web connection for you. PC Suite then uses that connection to transfer data, but it doesn't establish the connection nor do anything apart from send/receive data over it. Is there any other way to access the software other than from the system tray icon for the service? Usually there's other software used to establish the connection, whilst the service just monitors existing connections and requests for connections. Maybe I need to install PC suite in order to do so, although I have my doubts. You may find this works. Failing that, you will need to install the nokia software. You must have an application called mrouter running in the system tray. Strangely enough though this is even before installing PC Suite...just trying to negotiate the Bluetooth software interface itself. I'm not able to search for devices, or open Bluetooth ports on those already pared etc. Maybe I should try letting PC Suite take care of it? The annoying thing is I had it all up and running a couple of months ago, but was forced to re-format due to needing a replacement Motherboard and processor. You can more easily check to see if the Bluetooth connection is running by looking at the 6600. Connectivity Bluetooth paired devices I know that some V.I. people have managed to get it working but I have reverted to using the infrared connection.
