I hope this will arrive in a non-mangled state.
Last December I was sold Kaspersky as the best Anti-virus around. I found
it would not interact with Jaws, Company who sold it was paid well for
setting my computer back to as it left Factory.. so I and others tried to
persuade Kaspersky to make their Product work with Jaws as it seemingly once
did.

In June I had a Trojan attack and was alarmed of course. there was a person
outside doing some work for me who knew how to use a Computer, so I called
him in.
all we could get out of Jaws was the following
"strike and Lace when ready use any key" the evening before doing a full
weekly scan I heard the words Trojan and "Belark Obfuscated"
anyway 2 strikes were needed and 2 loud screams heard, after which the
thing was dead, but all the content on my computer was gone, I mean My
Documents Emails Photos all that remained was oddly enough a few Emails in
the sent items list.
I do not know if any of you ever had this happen? Next in July was a
second attack, this time I did not do anything myself but called in a
Computer Engineer because I wanted to try and pin this Trojan down if
possible. I only lost the 1 file this time nothing more but after that
Jaws Outlook Express and ecartis have a problem that I and a friend have
made every effort to solve signing up to a freelist for testing purposes.
I mention this event in fact both of them because perhaps the manner in
which a Trojan is killed may be relevant, and of course to lose the entire
contents of your computer is a shock.
