I have to type windows and M,them Home for the Focus, also try maximizing the Window Altspace and X, but it still happens, oddly enough it does it on my Desktop which has Xp Home Jaws 10,Lunar 6 and far less so on my laptop which runs same programmes, but laptop doesnot have an independant Video card. There's something up with my Windows Installer Service. According to services.msc its on and available, its just not working. I've also tried the solution as recommended by Microsoft, again with no luck. So one way or another I'm snookered, and it looks like a trip to my local Mr Fixit. To: Jaws-UK Sent: Thursday, August 27, 2009 3:45 PM Subject: [jaws-uk] The "No Window is Active" Message Hi List. JAWS 10 is just giving me the above message on loading. I've tried to unload and reload, but still all I get is the No Window is Active message. Does this look like a JAWS repair situation? And if it does, how do I do that? I'm trying to do things blind, so to speak, at the moment, so hopefully this e-mail gets to where its meant to be!
