  I recently tried to place an order with Sainsburys and got blocked at the 
payment verification, I called their tech support and was advised to reduce my 
browser's security level to medium and it worked.

    I have a friend who uses Tesco.com. He recently got a new computer and ever 
since when he tries to sign into his account he gets a message saying invalid 
username or password. Using the same sign in details, a relative of his can 
sign in on her computer. Is there anything set or not set on the new PC which 
might be causing this error? It's a very strange one on me and I'm completely 
stumped.
