Hi Barbara,
Not sure whether this was suggested already, but in IE7 there is an option
called delete browsing history. This will remove the remembered password
information as well as some other information like cookies etc. Is he using
Jaws 10? I only ask as I am having issues at the moment with Jaws and some
websites regarding forms, sometimes it is telling you that you are in forms
mode, and when you type in data, nothing gets put on the screen or in the web
page.

My friend has tried all the suggestions made on here to get into Tesco.com, but
it is still telling him invalid Email address or password. Other people can
sign into his account from their computer. He used his computer to sign into
Tesco a couple of weeks ago and has made no changes since. His wife has just
given birth to two baby boys, so he really needs to do some shopping online! Is
there anyone can help?
