Hi there Jamie, Steve and all who've replied on this,

All very helpful stuff, you can tell it's been a while since I really
had to play with tables in MS Word but now I'm working somewhere where
every document is table based..

Thanks again,

Phil

Phil,

If you want the text from a single cell, you can simply tab to that cell
and then copy and paste the text from the cell.

If you want to get more of the text, I tend to use the "Table to text"
feature on the Table menu and then select out the text from there.

Hope this helps,

Jamie

Hi,

Am wanting to take some text out of a table in Word and I seem to
remember in the past there being a Jaws keystroke for this but I can't
for the life of me remember what it is!

Using Jaws 7 with Word 2003

Yes I've looked in Jaws help but can't seem to find it - or perhaps I'm
just missing the proverbial wood for the trees!

Many thanks,

Phil
