Hi Dorothy,

Regarding clicking on baloons - if you have the latest version of
JAWS, as soon as you hear the baloon message press the left mouse key
(numpad slash) which should perform a click on it.

Personally when I've been without anti virus/firewall I've only gone
online for essential things, not worth the risk.

You've probably explained this before but why don't you get another
anti virus program which will work with JAWS? I can see the annoyance
if you've paid for a product and it won't work, but wouldn't it be
better to save yourself the headache and get something you can use?
Also, though it's doing the regular scan, if it finds something
presumably JAWS won't be able to read the dialog. I would think you'd
be much better off getting something accessible, it's pretty risky if
you ask me having anti virus you can't use; unless you have someone
sighted around to help I guess. Sure it's annoying it's not
accessible and we can say it should be really; but in the meantime
wouldn't you rather have something you can use?
