thank you Alex for the confirmation the only problem is the added sound card
is showing in my audio settings (recording and playback) but the onboard
realtech is not showing at all, someone mentioned it may have been disabled
and need to be made available by going into the bIOS and toggling a couple
of settings, but not sure if JAWS will read a BIOS screen?

Happy New Year to all,
This might be a bit off topic but given many of us VIPs use speech screen
readers does anyone know if you can run your onboard audio controller mine
is realtech and run a separate soundcard in a PCI slot which means you can
run JAWS speech via the realtech onboard audio and run music playback from
the other installed card?
Cheers
Gary
