She can do that from the View menu. Alt V to open the View menu, arrow down to
Sort By and right arrow to expand it and choose Received. That's it done.
As well, she can choose to sort her messages in ascending or descending order
from the same place.

Hi all,
A student of mine wants to know how to use JAWS to sort her emails in Outlook
Express by date sent rather than by sender, which is how they're currently
sorted. I'm not going to see her for a couple of weeks so the best I could
offer was using the JAWS cursor to click on the column header, as a non-JAWS
user would do with the mouse - but there must be a better way. Can anyone offer
any suggestions?
