Hi,
Menu contents might vary, but press alt + v for the view menu, select
`arrange by' or `sort by' and the options are in there. I think you need
the one called `Received' which means in the order received, i.e. date
order.

Hi all,
A student of mine wants to know how to use JAWS to sort her emails in
Outlook Express by date sent rather than by sender, which is how they're
currently sorted. I'm not going to see her for a couple of weeks so the
best I could offer was using the JAWS cursor to click on the column
header, as a non-JAWS user would do with the mouse - but there must be a
better way. Can anyone offer any suggestions?
