I would add a fourth item to George's list of reasons not to download
Windows XP Service Pack 3 just yet. Service pack three is a roll up of
the existing updates that you have already been receiving via Windows
Update, there is not a lot new there to look at. The people for whom
they are most welcome are those who have rebuild there systems later
this year. There may be odds and sods in the service pack you may want
or need but it is not worth risking your working system on a release
candidate for.
