Hello Marion,

Are you using Outlook Express? What have you tried sof ar to save the attachments?

If it were me I'd first create a folder for the photos using My Computer, unless you already have one you want to use. Then open the e-mail and go into the file menu and do save attachments. Then there should be a dialog telling you where the attachments will be saved. If that's not the place you want them you press the browse button and navigate to the folder you want, then press ok, then press save...

I hope that helps, please let us know how you get on or if you're not using Outlook Express...

Catherine

Hi all,

I have had a few family photos sent as email attachments and would like to save them in one folder. Can anyone tell me the best way to do this please as I am not having much success.

Regards,

Marion Oakes
