Hi Veronica,
When is the password message being displayed?
Is it when you are on a web page? If so, which browser are you using?
Regards.
Ian

Subject: [jaws-uk] Save Password Dialogue Box Crashing
Hi,
For the past couple of weeks I have been having problems with JAWS and when the
Save Password Dialogue Box appears i.e. the box that windows presents to say do
you want Windows to remember this password. When it appears, the computer
freezes and it doesn't do it when running NVDA so it must be something to do
with JAWS. Can anybody tell me how I can disable the action so that it doesn't
appear when one enters one's password? Of what to do with JAWS to make it work?
Many thanks,
Veronica
