Nigel,
Sainsbury's web site is accessible, although after their recent site
update I'd hesitate to say that it was all that user friendly to a screen
reader user.
Nothing will stop you from doing your shopping, but you'll need to
become familiar with the site before it becomes very easy to locate
everything on the page, in my opinion at least.
