Well thank you George I have not before ever heard Safe mode mentioned on either my laptop or Desktop, but have seen the term on Jaws list.

DorothyPs rereading Rashnie's Post about PDF and Read only, I have never heard that in any PDF file . I am using latest Version of Adobe and Jaws 9, there is a lot more information however and it can be a bit confusing,before it was very uncluttered. still maybe the choices are important to some.
