[jaws-uk] SPAM from Own E-mail Account

Please could anyone suggest why I am recieving SPAM messages from myself,
when I have not been loged onto my ISP. I have Norton Internet Security 2006
installed which I keep up to date.
thanks for any suggestion to resolve my spam problem.
