[jaws-uk] SP2 blocking certain internet access

Hi, I'm running 4.51 XP pro with SP2.
I've got this idea that some setting in SP2 is blocking certain links from web
site access. It doesn't happen all the time, but for example if I'm on a site
and I press a link to an external site from that page, I get like a toneless
bell and a denied access message, to the fact that I've been blocked. Is this a
setting in the SP2 fire wall?

Jaws reading different bits of various services.
Also when I press Control-alt-del I can hear the name windows security, but,
can't move with tab keys, jaws won't speak until I press escape.
