Hi Dorothy,
Don't know if it's the same thing, but I sometimes have the cursoring down
problem in emails. This seems to be because when I am reading or drafting
an email, it opens up in restore mode. If I maximise the draft by pressing
ALT + Space + the letter 'x', I can navigate the draft normally.
