Hi Iain, My apologies, I am definitely going senile and had been using Wikipedia rather than Wiktionary as you probably suspected. I have now tried Wiktionary and get the same results as you get. You have now stirred my curiosity and I'll be doing some messing about with it to see if I can find anything. Apologies for the red herring! Try typing in a word like fight and Research It won't find it. However, you will find the word if you look on the website. I haven't found any word in Wiktionary using Research It. I have the latest version of JAWS 11. It seems to bring up a summary of the hit and offers a link to the full article as well. I had to use Up and Down Arrow to be sure that I was on the text of the hit but it did work as expected. Have you made sure you have the most up-to-date version of Jaws? It says "Wiktionary searched for ... and got no results." Are you getting results from Wiktionary? Cheers Alex From: jaws-uk-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:jaws-uk-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Iain Lackie Sent: 26 September 2010 14:28 To: jaws Subject: [jaws-uk] Research It Hi I have used the Research It facility from time to time and have found it to be of some use. However, the one element I have failed to have any success with is Wiktionary. Every word I have done a search on is not found. I know that entries for these words exist as I have found them on the Wiktionary website. I am running the latest version of JAWS 11 with Windows Vista. Is the Research It rule set for Wiktionary broken? Is there anything I can do to get this element of Research It to work as it should?
