Dear Jim and list:

Duplicate messages are often a symptom of connectivity problems
between the system the repeated messages are coming from and your
ISP or possibly an intermediate site if the sending system hands
off the mail to an intermediate system.

If it is happening on all lists and also private e-mail it may be
a connectivity problem between your PC and your ISP.

Contact your ISP's Tech Support for assistance with this.
